Refunds & cancellations

Kareeb Premium

• Premium Monthly (₹299 a month) and Premium Yearly (₹2,999 a year) renew automatically through Razorpay until you cancel.
• To cancel, email hello@kareeb.club from the address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep Premium until then and are not charged again.
• If you are unhappy, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Renewal payments are refundable if you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) through our payment partner, Razorpay. Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval and usually reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but Premium did not unlock, or you were charged twice, the amount is refunded automatically within 5–7 working days. If it isn't, email us with the transaction reference.
